When all felt dull, and life left me null, I knew I had an escape, one which meant everything.
For pleasure that feels like a pulse, a bubbling beat of butterflies flapping in unity, welcoming me as comfortable candy and brotherly blanky.
It may seem ever innocent, appealing to the child in me, for it knew what I wanted no matter how distant I grew to be. A digital fountain with a menu near and dear to my fantasies, full of sciences and technologies which I could only hope to venture. To me, it means possibility. It started as an escape but escalated into the very means by which I found life’s shape.
It became an answer that coallesces the very fabric of writing, design, music, and coding into a collage of literature, architecture, theatre, and scripture — all as one virtual gesture.
As an appetite for anticipation, a catalyst for celebration, and a dynamite for innovation, gaming is a guardian to all those hoping for a puncture to their bitter boredom and a venture into a chaotic kingdom.
