Overwatch League 2022 Offseason Review
The Good, The Bad, The Ugly of the Overwatch League 2022 Offseason
It’s been a long yet exciting off season, and we’re towards the path to Overwatch 2. Many teams have shaken up their formulas enough to be interested in how their results with pan out.
We know the game is going to be played on an early build of Overwatch 2, and hopefully that brings us a beta in April. The whole point of esports is so incentivize the audience to play the game, so there will be no point of having an esports league without its playable counterpart. We’ve been treated to highlights of the new Push game mode on the new map, Toronto. We’ve even seen glimpses of Sojourn’s playstyle, it’s about time something goes public.
There’s no point storing all the new content for a one-day drop. So if we can get some of Overwatch 2’s PvP updates slowly added in that would make a lot more sense from a business and gaming perspective. You can to keep interest high right until the launch of the PvE content while so maintain that flow post launch.
It’s not really been done before, but it definitely seems Blizzard and the Overwatch League are going to the professional players to advertise the upcoming FPS Hero Shooter.
