Perspective into Review

This chapter expresses what One Piece is all about, a fantastical comedy all about having a good time. Luffy has this amazing ability to make others laugh, and with him affecting everyone with his rubber Nika powers, it a comedic festival.

Luffy was so nonchalant when it came to Kaido’s attacks; he just knew he could embrace or deflect them without worry, though he does seem to be quite tired. I suppose Luffy is at a point where spiritual or physical attack won’t phase him when he’s in Gear 5th, but it becomes a problem when he runs out of stamina.

From the few instances we see, perhaps the key to defeating Kaido lies in Luffy forcing his body into rubber and shaping it some way or weakening him by deforming his body. Luffy’s Gear 5th is going to run out anytime soon, but I wonder if Chopper’s rumble ball could power him up while…
