Moments of Meditation: Just Listen
We don’t always have to explain ourselves, sometimes just listening is enough. Seek understanding but never validation. You want to be able to feel connected, one, and whole, and that comes with accepting yourself without having to express it. Your mental health depends on your ability to control your reaction.
The best way to remain in the moment forever is just silently observing everything around you. Make some mental notes, keep asborbing tips and tricks, so that you can gain the upper hand without ever having to try. It’s all about how you react, and sometimes the easiest way is to mind your own business because that’s healthy for your mental health.
On the other hand, your words can still mean something to someone. It’s sad that we’ve reached an online space where the most harmless comments can be seen as harmful, so even if our intentions our pure, let’s try to find a true cure.
