Moments of Meditation: A Small Smile Goes A Long Mile
This may come across as obvious, but sometimes we need a reminder that we need to allow our external realities meet our internal oddities.
When we give into our mess outside by allowing it to affect us our expression and intentions, then we leave our insides vulnerable. But the simple act of smiling can help us fight the first phase of this problem. It allows us to increase our odds of success subconciously.
The interesting part here is that our smiles can be contagious, allowing us to spread positivity without having to utter a word. It’s almost deadly how we can allow others to reflect our actions without having to do much at all. But this is who we are as people, we are vulnerable to who we want to be. And sometimes, when we lack happiness on the inside, simply trying to find it outside is our answer to such a riddle.
The simple act becomes the very basis of our fact, sometimes turning that frown upside down allows us to find our way around, establishing our ability to find our happy town.
