It’s easy to forget to drink water, but sometimes that’s all we need to feel better. We don’t know what’s wrong at times as thirst isn’t always our first priority or we don’t recognize when we’re burning up and just need to cool down.

This can be a mental or physical process. Water helps either way. It’s such a quick and convenient solution that we disregard it for its ease. But generally, we’d rather eat something unhealthy or go hours without much liquid because we don’t feel the need for much water, but it’s something we have to make a mental note of.

Just getting up and splashing our faces with water can alleviate our fatigue or make us feel refreshed. It’s almost as magic, just like a great refreshing time in the hot bath or that alarming jumpy juice that a cold shower may swarm us with.

Our sweat is almost just as important, it can annoying but it can quickly becomess what keeps us cool and, foremost, alive. We sweat when we work out, and it becomes part of a process which makes us feel good, sleep better, and boosts our energy. We can link these properties to what water does for us.

Instead of just allowing water to satiate our mouths, grant it the magica energy of being the pillar to your identity. Use it for the fuel it was always meant to be.

Allow the hesitation towards hydration to be the salutation to your salvation.
