We were meant to go out there, move our bodies, and stay fit. Yet, every day is one which moves towards everything that makes us lazy and inactive.

Yet our bodies were made to maneuver through terrain and bask under the sun’s bright parade. And the awesome part is that as we expend our energy, we’re really refueling our reserves for eternity.

Exercising has this amazing way of allowing us to destress ourselves in the moment while building our strength up in the long run. So we see results momentarily, regularly, and strategically.

We’re blessed with endorphines which boost our days and snooze our brains for sleepy crusades. We use up our energy without leaving the tank to recycle yesterday’s leftovers, otherwise we ironically use up too much energy and disrupt our natural light dimmers.

Yet the most beautiful part is that exercise allows us to construct not just our immunity, body, and health, but the very gateway to our goals in life. We truly allow ourselves to evolve into our best selves, one who was made to fit into life’s environment as its remedy.

We all have a part to play, and exercise is one of the first steps which allows us to eject ourselves from our happy place to one of grit and grace, for life is a race to meet our base — one we can only reach at the peak of our fitness and face.
