Moments of Meditation: Your Breath is Your Sheathe to Tomorrow’s Wonder
It’s easy to get lost in the process.
It’s easy to notice the failures.
It’s easy to get overwhelmed.
This is when you need a dialogue with yourself. To remind yourself that every breath is another opportunity. As long as you’re trying and living, there is still reason to keep believing.
Don’t sweat the small stuff, and don’t smell the sweet stuff
There’s always something more to do. You’re never really missing out if you’re really living now. Do think about what you don’t have, focus on all that you’ve done and accomplished.
The easiest way to do this is by being your own companion.
Stretch out your arms.
Now, embrace your chest.
And just relax while you focus on your breath. There’s no one else but you. And that’s what matters right now.
Be the person you want to be tomorrow right now, just by staying fresh, positive, and healthy!
