Fear isn’t What You Think It Is

And this applies to any emotion we may feel. What we feel is distinct to us. Perhaps, it’s our very spirit, whoever already felt everything we’re ever going to feel talking back to us. Telling us what we already like and dislike.

But when it comes to fear, it’s less about what is frightening, and more about what is enlightening. There’s nothing stopping us from going beyond a point than our own imagination. There are two kinds of fears, the unlikely but real threats and the daily but illusory threads. The former is a real situation to activate your flight and fight index as means to survive. But the latter, it’s more a paranoia of the unknown, but in some other cases it may be a strong disgust too.

But in either case, practically speaking, there’s not much reason to ever be scared. Most unfortunate, deadly things don’t just happen. It’s not for us to keep thinking of the…
