We Are What We Eat— Ludwig Feuerbach

If world peace could ever be achieved, it would be when everyone sat and ate, too stuffed for satire and debate. The reason we ever quarrel hardly matters on the means or the end, but our cranky nature towards life. And more often than not, we’re simply hungry.

As children, our mom would feed us unconditionally but when that dies down, something else is born. Our mood is so dependent on what we digest that we are truly screens of our cuisine, see through when that scent is out of the scene.

So when you’re tense or anxious, simply take a sip of water. It won’t only allow you to re-evaluated your current disposition, but you’ll end up in a whole new position. Sometimes, all we need is a change of scenery to discovery our own greenery.

Sense Your Scent
