Embracing the chaos that lives their hearts, Doom Patrol’s second season is a sweet follow up to what it means to be a progressive, dysfunctional family, all the while exploring the stories and lives they left behind.
The premier season focuses quite a lot on the status quo, and what it meant to be a monster. This aspect brought our characters together, while still tying them together towards the pursuit of finding Niles Caulder. This time around, Niles is here, and they’re all upset at him. Niles was supposed to be their savior, but instead he’s just as selfish as the rest of them — still plagued by his past yet trying to find some peace.
