Feel Fatigued to Fuel Intrigue
The morning is mumbling with catchy melodies and minty conversation, the world is full of energy yet I feel the least focused compared to any other time of the day.
The morning is free and calm, it’s a lovely lullaby tying time and opportunity, but when blessed with such bread and breadth. It’s really like breakfast in bed where it’s great to have, but it only makes you want to tuck in more.
But I have a request to rest to reset.
It seems quite obvious, but what I mean is that I need to rest before I’m tired so that I can allow myself to feel tired later.
My mind is way too active in the morning to station at my required destination. With so much to cover, it’s easier blanketing the process and pleasing my stress so that I’m ready to address that which is a mess.
Video Game is the Name that Tames
Playing games is an easy way for me to concentrate as it has me visually alert towards something I enjoy. It’s a simple way to start my processes without feeling burdened to finalize or meet some deadline.
Some people enjoy leaving the fun for later, but I think we shouldn’t necessarily make rules out of everything. For me, once I get what I like out of the way, I feel fulfilled, making it easier to focus on what I need to do.
